You don't need to spend alot of money to buy a classical guitar that sounds really good. As a matter of fact spending a couple thousand dollars for a student guitar will probably not buy a better sounding instrument than one priced under seven hundred dollars. But most dealers and classical guitar shops won't tell you that!

I am now importing student guitars from Spain built to my own specifications. A model with solid rosewood back and sides, ebony fretboard, solid cedar top, and an excellent bracing system is priced very reasonably.

I inspect every guitar and make adjustments so that the playing action is first rate. Each instrument is shipped with a seven day approval period and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
